Blank Page while editing profile (preferences)

Hello. I am having problem editing my Forum Profile using NTS ktrend template. I am having blank pages. Its still on my localhost.

Hi,

There is a little conflict between the Bootstrap 3 and Bootstrap 4. Follow some below step to solve your issue.
1. Create a style file with named: nts_ktrend_custom.css.
2. Copy and paste below CSS rules to that file.
Code:
#kunena.layout .k-profile .tab-pane.active { opacity: 1 !important; }
3. Copy or upload the nts_ktrend_custom.css file to the css folder of active joomla template.
4. Reload the profile page to view changes.

Thank you for the fast reply. However the problem still persist.

I created a css file called nts_ktrend_custom and put the highlighted code in it. Save and upload it to Css folder of the current joomla template.
clear cache and reload page. Same problem.

Is there anything i missed? My current joomla template is Joomlabuffs Perfect

Hi,

Please check the file name you have created. The correct file name is "nts_ktrend_custom.css".

Hi,

I created both just to make sure.

nts_ktrend_custom.css
nts_ktrend_custom

Both filetype is CSS

But to no avail.

Hello,

Thank you for a very quick and nice support. However nothing changed even after updating the code.
Now this is a clean and beautiful template and I really want to make it work to be able to use it.

Hello,

I already put the site live but i put it in offline mode because I am having new issue.
The template was working on my local server but its mess on live.
Kindly take a look on the image.
