Update: I fixed your problems.
1. Problem one.
- I created the css folder in the active joomla template and added a style file to that folder.
- Open the nts_ksamurai_custom.css file and change color code.

2. Problem two:
I added a space before your color code in the category suffix field.

I fixed background image on your site. Make full screen when show on lager screen.

Please help me check issues on your site.

I have just updated the nts_ksamurai_custom.css file to fix User's group colors issue. After finish, I tried to check and it worked fine. Please try to cross check again and let's me know if you have an other issues.
