How to get latest version of Template

I recently purchased KSamurai. I had issues with the dropdowns and posted that in the forum. Moderator responded it was fixed and a new version was released. Went to download new version and its still 1.0.3, which is the same version I already have.

How do I get the new version? I went into my download section but that just seems to be the older version.
