Error Message Regarding User Login on Template

Hi we have a client who is having issues when posting using one of your themes. They are receiving the following notice even though they are already logged in "Note: you are posting the message as a 'Guest', you can not edit the message or delete it"

It seems to only be an issue with the theme and not the Kunena core, if they click submit the post still displays their profile details next to it when published.
