Problem with template installation

I asked 9themestore.com for a template www.9themestore.com/index.php/our-themes...plates/nts-kminigame
I made the payment and received the download link via email. I made the download and then extracted it to a folder, so it was named nts_kminigame.zip then I went to my joomla panel, component, kunena and then template to perform the installation, even doing all this it presents the error: (File template.xml absent in the template file, it was not possible to install this template) as you can see in the link below.

Is this error due to I am using a current version of kunena? This is the first time I try to use a template in kunena.

Currently the NTS KMinigame only support Kunena 4.x. What are you using the Kunena version? If our template does not work on your site, we will full refund money to you.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm actually using it using the most current version of kunena. With this I ended up getting another template (NTS KSamurai) that supports the new version of kunena.
Please, if you can, cancel my template (NTS KMiniGame) ok?

PS: The NTS KSamurai has been support two color variations (Dark color and Light color). I think, that template is good template for your site.
