Category Border

On the Carbon Theme the Carbon border around the category with the bolts only covers the first word. Is there a way I can extend the bolt border around the entire category name? I have looked thru the css but cannot find the location of this item

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked your website. The JS of the joomla template automatically inserted the <span> tag into the header. I think, you should just insert the span tag in the title of moduletable only or you need restyle the title of the forum topic.
