[SOLVED] avatar sizes

I'm using the NTS KBlackWhite theme and I've gotten tired of my forum avatars being so small. I've had to convert the majority of my avatars to 100px by 100px so they are not only consistent in size & look good in the gallery, but also 100x100 appears to be the best looking size as well in when reading posts.

I've got several 250px + avatars that I'd rather have at 150px or 200px instead of 100px, but when I converted them or just uploaded them at their original size it made no difference. Even 100px avatars that I added a white border to to bring them to a 150px by 150px not only made no difference but made the avatar appear smaller w/ the white border vs. without it.

I've edited the forum.css & template.xml changing the sizes with no luck.
