dimension of all avatars

I have a problem with the size of the avatars: I can not find where they change:
-Those on the home page are round and are 30x30x whereas I would like them to make 100x100 and square.

-The avatars on the message and the user menu are also not displayed at the right size, yet I configured in Template: nts_kbento> avatar .... nothing works.

May I know please or can we change the dimensions?
