I have an issue concerning my account.
I have created a first account with which I bought the template NTS KBento on may the 12th 2018 (I have an ID prooving my purchase).
This first deleted without explaination.
I have created a second account named Queeny (same has this one) and it has been deleted this week without explaination too.
My situation is clear, I have bought a template with a support during two years but as all my accounts have been deleted I cannot update my template and so all my websites.
I have already send email, and posted on this forum :

, and the solution provided cannot be done because my first account with which I bought the template has been deleted, and I do not want to buy this product again.
