Reply topic - users cant see editor

Hello! I have strange problem. I updated forum to latest version but now older users (this forum is constantly updated maybe ~10 years...) cant see editor if they use 'reply topic'. 'Quick reply' works but this is without editor buttons. I use 'NTS KBee' template last version with forum. On template settings i use CKeditor. If i swich to SCeditor, then i cant see textarea under toolbar buttons...

The whole issue was actually with the CKEditor language file in the folder /media/kunena/core/js/lang/. When Estonian is set as the main language in Joomla, there was an old et.js file in that folder at first, which interfered with loading the editor. When I deleted that file, the editor then had a problem because the language file was missing, which again disrupted the editor’s loading. In the end, I made a copy of the en.js file, renamed it to et.js, and changed the value CKEDITOR.lang to CKEDITOR.lang for the Estonian language.
