CKEditor icons have gone blank after updating to NTSKay 6.1.1

After I upgraded NTSKay to 6.1.1, the CKEditor icons have gone blank.
CKEditor on my forum does not look like the CKEditor on the 9themestore forum here.

Here is a screen shot of what the CKEditor looks like on my forum:

Hi dexter33,

I tried to download the template package and install on my localhost. It's working fine. Try to reinstall or clear cache of your site or your browser. Please let us know if the issue still occurs after you have reinstalled or cleared the cache.

I discovered what was causing the problem.
For some reason, the image folder for .svg icons was empty on the server.
I uninstalled NTSKay template completely, then reinstalled a fresh copy - everything is now working OK.
Case closed.
