Warning in error-log

We are on PHP8, Kunena 5.2.14 and using the NTS Kay template
When opening the forum start page the above mentioned warning appears - a file seems to be missing 

In the menu we are using an alias, it refers to the Kunena latest forum menu: index.php?option=com_kunena&view=home&defaultmenu=234

it is not the only missing css file that is producing warning, so please take this as an example...

Can you please tell me the link of your website? I just tested the NTS Kay template on Joomla 3.10.11 and Kunena 5.2.14 on PHP8.0 but I don't see an error like yours.

the error is still there - for example today's log from this afternoon. this flood of error-messages makes it hard for me to scan for other problems. can you please let me know what I need to do to resolve these messages?
