Gravatar will not be shown

I use Joomla 3.4.8 and 3.0.5 JComments with your NTS JC Flat tamplate. Unfortunately, no Gravatar is displayed, even though I installed the plugin and the permissions on Gravatar is "on".
Why is that?

I've just been working again on the permissions. I had been set only the privilege of the superuser, then I put even the permission for the Registered User to "on" and now it works!

Should I once again have problems, I rise again.
