After several attempts we cannot install the new NTS Kay template v6.2.1: Our config is:
Joomla: 4.4.2
PHP: 8.2.14
Kunena: 6.2.3
NTS Kay: 6.0.9
We unzip the 6.2.1 file, select New Template, upload and install the nts_kay_k6.zip file and get the following error:
Joomla\Filesystem\File::move: Rename failed.
How do we fix this?

Set Aurelia as default. Save params.ini from components/com_kunena/template/nts_kay/config to your computer. Delete NTS Kay, install new version and upload params.ini from your computer to components/com_kunena/template/nts_kay/config

9themestore.com/index.php/forum/nts-kay/...ister-new-user#16863* NOTE: We also get an error when trying to update/install the current version — support topic can be found here:
What exactly do you mean? Are you able to install the template? When do you get that error message?
By the way, it's more convenient if you post 1 question/subject per topic, so your 2nd question in that other topic would have been better posted here.
