Problem after last update

I updated the forum and the template and now i have the fo;;ow probems :
1) Email of members is set to Not to be visible but it is
2) Button to send message is not working
3) Avatar is to be round and is not
4) Use English On Missing Strings is enabled but i see missing strings in english.

Is there anybody ?
There is a big mess, i need help.

I had to change template back to crypsis,
sorry in the start was nice template , but finished in the last update to be nightmare.

How you give an update with all these problems, it was like alpha version not even beta.
My site has 4-5000 visitors per day and suddenly all had problems, is ok i na small site or test site,
but not for a live site, many members get pissed and goo away.

A bigger list is this and is not full

5) Title has 2 lines
6) Boardcode shows only the icons and not the tags
7) smileys are not working
smileys windows only opens and after i cant close it
9) Admin is totally useless all most nothing responding.

After updating today
1) PM button is missing
2) Avatar Type set to rounded in not working
3) Fast reply problem with back ground colour and fonts
4) prntscr.com/dfzkmn why the title has 2 positions / title boxes ?
