Create Subscribe Button Outside of Kunena?

Ok, so...this may be outside of scope, but given how helpful you guys were before I was hoping you may be able to help with this as well. :)

My forum has a section known as News Feed, which we recommend everyone subscribe to for the sake of getting an up to date news letter via email. Even though we push it a lot, there's a number of people who overlook and don't notice it.

My goal is to create a big Subscribe to Newsletter on the homepage of the website (outside of Kunena).
I've been looking around, and I found the function to do this inside of /controllers/category.php. My understanding of functions is a little limited.

The HTML code for the buttons themselves seems to be in /template/nts_infinite/category/default_row.php

the issue being, 1 I only need the subscribe button. Default_row.php has all of the buttons. 2, I need to copy some variation of both those files, but I'm not exactly sure what variation.

Any assistance provided on this would be fantastic. If it is out of scope then I can understand.

Thank you for your time and effort.
Sam

EDIT: After thinking about it, there may also be the obvious issue of needing to subscribe to a particular thread section, vs the function which is set to subscribe you to the section you're currently in. Is it possible just to use the link provided with the subscribe button? there's a lengthy set of random numbers/letters that make me think it may be unique to the user.

Hi Sam,

I think, there are a lot of Joomla! extension work with your request. You can click to this link to view and choose a extension for you.

Hope you choose a extension.

Errrr....I'm not sure that was really what I was looking for.

Thank you though...assuming this is outside of scope, it was helpful for you to provide this much.
