I notice that this menu sometimes is visible, sometimes is not. What could be the problem? Please enlighten me

Hi,
I changed the "Default Menu Item" field of the Forum menu item and It's working fine.

Look, I have cleared chrome's cache and I restarted the phone just in case. I checked with Brave after I cleared it's cache...No menu! Also I have downloaded a new browser to check (firefox) . No menu
What could be the problem here? Permissions maybe?

After some days it seems that my cache FINALLY cleared!
So no problem .Menu is visible now.
