Can't change colors of announcement

Hi,
I want to change the colors of the announcement in my forum.
But in the template settings I can't find some options for that special section.
If I investigate the site I can see some points in the bootstrap.css. But I think if
I changing there some points I've got some changes also on other parts of my site which I won't.

Could it be possible to insert some extra options only for the announcement?
Link-color; link background color; link hover color;
anouncement field background; text color; ...

Hope you have a hint!
It should be a solution that keeps on also after an update.
