Three issues with NTS Kay template

I just bought the NTS Kay template. Looks as a great template to me better than the standard from Kunena.
I am on latest Kunena version at the moment > 5.1.13.1
Template version Kay > 5.3.3

Here are my issues.

1. In the settings I use the option "Thumbnail" for display of the profile pic. When a user had no picture the standard image is to big and text is shown through the image.

2. Quick reply button does not work anymore. And also text on the button is repeating.

The same bug again I guess.

I hope somebody can help me out here.

I had none of these issues in my previous template (Blue Eagle)

Found antoher issue. Both the class "kheader" and the class "forum-title" are presented with tag H2.
So there are no H1 tags on the forum pages and forum posts.

How can we change this to h1?

The double arrows in the reply button seems only to be an issue if you are running Kunena/this template on a subdomain,. So this is now fixed.
I fixed the css regarding the thumbnail in my custom.css file.

Only the H1 issue is open for class kheader. In which file can we modify the code so we can change the H2 tag into the H1

Hi,
Open the default.php file in the "layouts/category/index/default.php" path and go to about line 54. Change the H2 to H1. After that refresh your site to view changes.
