NTS Kay template, download link not working

I've purchased the NTS Kay template, but the download link doesn't work properly. The download freezes in the beginning of the process, at 95 kb, at 147 kb, at 211 kb etc. I have tried several times with the same result. I can download other things without any troubles at all, so it's not my connection that's the problem.

4 days and no answer??? I paid for a template, which I haven't been able to download since something was wrong with the download link. Is this a scam site or something?

I strongly recommend anyone reading this to never pay for anything from this site, as you obviously don't get the products that you purchase.
