Other issues with NTS Kay

When you are looking at the issue with the Avatar sizes, can you please also look at these issues that I have also reported on the Kunena forum:
1) Private messages are disabled, but I still see a private message tab:

2) The Subscribe to messages checkbox is not always shown and does not do what I expect:

Hi Rovert,

1. The avatar size issue: I updated quick fix to the download package.
2. Disable the private message tab: I think, you use custom css to hide the private message tab like on Kunena's forum. They will be removed in the Kunena next version 6.1.x
3. I tried the configuration on both NTS Kay template and Aurelia template. They all give the same result.
