Impossible to install it

I'm french, sorry for my bad english..

I just buy your theme for my kunena (4.0.10), but impossible to install, it say me "Fichier template.xml manquant dans l'archive du template, le template ne peut pas être installé".

I try 10 times.. What i can do so ?

I just open account, could you give me my template on it for future upgrade ?
