4 days and still no help?

Hi, its been 4 days and you still have not given me a solution to the following post:

I have done what you told me and the arrows are still there, and they are not supposed to be, also I have another error, please see attached screenshot.



If you do not want to help please let me know so I can get my refund and write a review about the service.
